The Leme building is a very quiet residential condominium located in the district of Meireles, a few meters from the Beira Mar, the handicraft fair, Clube Náutico Cearense, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket and gas station. The accommodation has 65 square meters of private area, with the capacity to accommodate up to 6 adults (with additional beds). Each apartment has an equipped kitchen, living room, 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite) equipped with split air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, balcony with view, WiFi, cable TV. Vacancy in the garage. We accept children and pets. Security and concierge 24 hours, the apartment has 2 double beds and up to 2 single mattresses depending on the number of guests. Electricity is not included in the daily rate. NOTICE The apartment is delivered to the customer cleaned and sanitized along with towels, sheets and pillows. In case the client feels the need for a new bed linen change (sheets and towels) or a new maintenance in the cleaning of the apartment, the real estate agency offers the services being charged an extra fee.
