Description
The Luzon is a flat located in the district of Meireles, a few meters from the Beira Mar, handicraft fair, Clube Náutico Cearense, bars, restaurants, bicycle rentals, pharmacies, supermarket and gas station. The accommodation has 35 square meters of private area, with the capacity to accommodate up to 4 adults. Each apartment has an equipped kitchen, living room, 1 double room equipped with air conditioning, 1 bathroom, balcony with sea view, WiFi, cable TV. Garage. Daily cleaning (we do not change bed linen daily if the client needs a new bed linen change the real estate available for an extra fee). We do not accept pets. Security and 24 hour reception. Electricity is not included in the daily rate. Please note that the apartment has 1 double bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Additional notes
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
